Once upon a time, we designer types were expected to do it all: create streamlined interaction flows based on user research, design look-and-feels that supported the interaction model, and ultimately, hand off production-ready HTML and CSS.

Today, I continue that tradition by providing my clients with end-to-end user experience consulting -- informed by a keen business sensitivity, thanks to years as a manager and entrepreneur -- for their startup and enterprise products.
